MAGISTRATES have fined a Teignmouth man for driving without due care and attention.
John Marks, 57, of Kingsway, admitted driving an Isuzu truck in Newton Abbot on December 6 2021.
He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
His licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.
