MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly in Newton Abbot town centre.

Steven Heap, 55, whose address was given as Newton Abbot, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened in Courtenay Street on March 13 2022.

He was fined £54 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
