A NEWTON Abbot teenager has admitted breaching a community order.
Magistrates had imposed the order on April 20 2022 but 19-year-old Jack Nicol, of Torquay Road, had failed ‘without reasonable excuse’ to comply with the requirements of the order by failing to attend appointments.
The court heard there were ‘no acceptable reasons’ for the absences and the order, with new and varied requirements, is to continue.
