A BOVEY Tracey man faces charges of careless driving, failing to stop after an accident and failing to give his name and address or of contacting the police within 24 hours of the accident.
The cases against 20-year-old Dillon Batholemew Whitton, of Southbrook Road, adjourned until December 22 by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.
