THE case against a Kingsteignton man charged with two counts of assault has been adjourned.
Clive Mackriell, 63, of Little Hayes, is accused of assaulting a man by beating on August 7 2021 at Newton Abbot.
He is also charged, on the same date, with assaulting a second man by beating.
Magistrates adjourned the case until December 1 at the request of the prosecution to confirm a conditional caution.
