TEIGNBRIDGE District Council have created a survey to better understand how it can work with landlords to maintain a thriving rented market in the area.
The council says it is committed to supporting private landlords in providing good-quality homes for tenants and helping them understand the reforms a part of the new Renters' Rights Bill and what they mean in practice.
As such, the council, to ensure it offers the correct support, have created a short survey to improve its understanding of how to best work with landlords and agents across the district.
The survey, which should only take a few minutes to complete, can be found here.
