THE radical overhaul of parking in Teignmouth has caused anger and confusion among many motorists.

The changes to the system officially came into force on March 1, but there have been teething troubles over signage and just what streets are affected.

One of the most radical changes is the introduction of residents’ only parking in many of the streets around the town centre, which have been a favourite of commuters.
