Computer crash course to hone your skills

REFRESH your computer skills with free help and advice at a drop-in session in Newton Abbot.

The sessions, open to everyone, aim to help people: refresh existing skills, improve computer skills, set up and use emails confidently, search for jobs and hone interview technique, improve English and Maths skills, revise for driving theory test.

It is also an opportunity to build confidence generally as well as a space to engage with others regarding wellbeing.

These drop-in style sessions begin on Wednesday April 20 and will be every Wednesday thereafter.

The sessions run from 11am until 4pm and are held at Newton’s Place, Wolborough Street, Newton Abbot.

Learn with Unite is Unite the Union’s virtual learning platform committed to providing education and learning opportunities.

Learn with Unite helps people build their confidence and supports them in getting into new employment, whether this be after redundancy, redeployment or even a career change.
