Dozens of people took the opportunity to pop into Teignmouth Baptist Church Hall for a little help in making their own Christmas puddings.

All they had to take was a mixing bowl and spoon, and receive expert advice on how to mix the provided ingredients.

The mixture was then transferred into a pudding bowl, ready to take home to cook.
