A WOMAN suffered head injuries when her car collided with another near Teignmouth Golf Course on Thursday morning.

Paramedics treated the casualty at the scene after a Nissan estate from Newton Abbot collided with a Ford Fiesta from Dawlish.

The accident happened just before 8am.

Police also attended the scene.

The injured woman did not need to go to hospital.
