MOTORCYCLE enthusiasts are holding regular social evenings at a Teignmouth cafe.

The bikers come from all over the area, and ride a variety of steeds. They gather at the Whistlestop Cafe at the railway station on Tuesdays and half the proceeds of the refreshments are split between the cafe's charity, Operation Imprezza, and a charity of choice by the bikers.

'It is all very informal and a lot of fun. Everybody is welcome to turn up regardless of the machine they ride, and quite a few non-riders come along for the banter,' said one of the riders, Paul Blute.
