AN Exeter man has denied he assaulted a man at Newton Abbot Station.

Alfie George Tossell, aged 28, of St David’s Hill, pleaded not guilty to assaulting the man by beating.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to August 22 for a trial.
