A TEIGNMOUTH couple launched an SOS mercy mission to help save the lives of starving ponies.They took 1,000 kilos of feed to south Wales, where hundreds of abandoned or neglected ponies are suffering from cruelty, exhaustion and malnutrition on the desolate and windswept moors.Cafe owner Melissa Middleton and her taxi proprietor husband Bill, said some of the sights on Ghelligear and Cefn Golau commons were 'horrific', with several dead animals lying around
