PLANS to change a pub to domestic use at Dawlish, an orangery extension in Teignmouth and for six chalets at Kennford are among planning applications validated in Teignbridge over the past week.

Every week dozens of planning applications are submitted to the local councils, and the coronavirus pandemic has not changed that.
