A NOVELTY wheelbarrow race is being introduced to the festivities at Newton Abbot Carnival.

The Rotary Club of Newton Abbot is calling for local businesses, charities and sports clubs to raise a team and money for the one-hour charity race around a section of Courtenay Park.
