A MAN was rushed to hospital after falling from scaffolding in Shaldon yesterday.
The 51-year-old casualty hurt his ribs and suffered a suspected head injury in the accident on The Green.
It’s thought he may have fallen at least 20ft.
Paramedics were called to the scene just before 2.30pm.
The patient, who has not been named, was taken by ambulance to Torbay Hospital’s accident and emergency department.
His condition is not known.
