A MAN was treated by paramedics after his car mounted the pavement in Newton Abbot’s Brunel Road this morning.
Police and ambulance crews attended the incident involving a Vauxhall Corsa just before 10am.
No other vehicles were involved.
The driver, thought to be from the Plymouth area, was said to be conscious and breathing at the scene at 9.50am.
It’s understood he was taken unwell at the wheel.
He did not need to be taken to hospital, but was checked over at the scene.
