JEWELLERY thieves are being hunted after a raid by burglars in Teignmouth.

Intruders escaped with a gold-coloured watch and a 22ct gold necklace in the attack on a ground floor flat in Regent Street.

They struck between last Monday and Friday.

Det Con Rich Jones said today: ’We wish to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anyone acting suspiciously in the area - or who has been offered the listed items for sale.’
