River Teign Sea Scouts played a big part in the Remembrance Day service at Shaldon.

About 100 representatives of the group marched from the new scout hut headquarters at the Ness to the memorial on the village green.

Everybody at the service was invited back to the scout hut for a tea and cake sale, which raised £140 and was handed over to Richard Mole, of the Royal British Legion.
