Muse
Local boys Muse who really, really made good came back to play their home town for the first time since becoming famous, bringing a whole new meaning to 'seaside rock', as their two seafront gigs caught the imagination of locals, along with the national and international media.
Met with sensational reviews, the band’s performances on September 4th & 5th, 2009, were a great 'thank you' to the town, boosted the economy of the area, cheered up most folk after a dreary 'summer', and put the global spotlight on little old Teignmouth.
