Leader’s plan to get supergroup Muse to take charge for day

Rock supergroup Muse have been asked to take control at Teignbridge Council and behind- the-scenes talks are taking place to turn the extraordinary idea into a reality.

The band is known for having a political edge and its latest album, The 2nd Law, considers a world in which natural resources are running out.
