Cut-price deal on parking on cards
Friday, 08 June 2012
A cut price parking deal could be on the cards for Teignmouth residents.
It is one of more than a dozen radical proposals to make parking in the town centre simpler to understand, and cheaper.
If approved, residents would be able to park for up to three hours a day all the year round for between £20 and £30 a year.
The money would be paid as part of the council tax and enforced and monitored by new technology.
